Mercedes-AMG S 65 Coupé

- S 65 Coupé retains the AMG 6.0-litre V12 biturbo engine with an output of 630 hp and delivers a maximum torque of 1000 Nm. Combined mpg 23.7 and emits 279 g/km CO2 with a limited top speed of 155 mph (186 mph with AMG Drivers Package). The S 65 can travel from 0 to 62 mph in 4.1 seconds
- Exclusive to both S-Class Coupé and Cabriolet are innovative OLED (organic light emitting diode) tail lights. Wafer-thin layers of organic material is printed on a glass plate and made to illuminate. The total of 66 ultra-flat OLEDs act like floating elements inside the tail light. They also employ the usual Mercedes-Benz multi-level technology with different levels of intensity for brake lights and turn signal indicators depending on the driving condition and ambient brightness (day/night)
- Like the Saloon, the S 65 Coupé takes a large step towards autonomous driving. Active Distance Control DISTRONIC and Active Steering Assist vehicle speed is now adjusted automatically with the help of route based speed adaptation ahead of bends, junctions or roundabouts
- The S-Class Coupé is fitted with Magic Body Control suspension with curve tilting function as standard for the S 65. The body tilts to the inside of the turn by up to 2.65 degrees and thereby reduces the transverse forces perceived by the passengers. The stereo camera behind the windscreen that recognises bends now has a much better performance and works at speeds up to 112 mph
- The S 65 comes as standard with the all-new Energizing Comfort package; Magic Body Control; Warmth Comfort package; Night View Assist Plus; Air Balance package; 360° camera; head-up display; Burmester high-end sound system; and Intelligent Light System with Swarovski crystals.
- Driving Assistance package is standard on the S 65. This includes the following driving assistance systems: Active Distance Assist Distronic; Active Steering Assist; Active Speed Limit Assist; Active Braking Assist; Evasive Steering Assist; Active Blind Spot Assist; Active Lane Keeping Assist; and Pre-Safe Plus. Route-based speed adaptation is now included, which enables the vehicle to slow down for upcoming junctions, roundabouts and toll roads.
